Jollibee, UK

Applied Studio are the architects and interior designers for Jollibee’s UK and Europe expansion. This has involved, to date, 10 UK restaurants, 2 in Italy and 1 in Madrid, Spain. The projects involved the adaption of the Jollibee design concept template (developed by ourselves) to each individual restaurant. Typically the restaurants were large-scale high street fit outs, averaging between £1-1.5m in project cost.

The overall aim was to bring the joy of Jollibee and the Philippines to the Western Europe market. Exceptional food, delivered with exceptional customer service in beautiful and “joyful” spaces.
