Byron’s expansion across the uk was, at the time, relatively unique – involved the design and fit out of approximately 50 restaurants. Each restaurant had its own bespoke look and feel. The idea was to create a brand that didn’t feel like a chain and where each restaurant had its own character. Customer’s could feel a sense of ownership over their local Byron knowing that it wasn’t a corporate repeat of something that existing elsewhere.
This was a monumental design undertaking carried out from 2010 to 2017.
